Project Overview:

Evolving a Cambridge interior from its vibrant and eclectic roots into a refined, minimalist sanctuary required a series of strategic and cohesive upgrades. By prioritizing a clean, modern aesthetic, we successfully transformed the home's main living areas into a sophisticated space with a significantly improved architectural flow.

Objectives:

1. Aesthetic Uniformity: Replace dated, colourful finishes with a clean, contemporary palette to create a sense of continuity throughout the entire residence.
2. Spatial Optimization: Reconfigure the existing layout by removing structural barriers to enhance natural light and improve the kitchen’s connection to the rest of the home.
3. Modern Functionality: Upgrade high-traffic areas, specifically the kitchen and bathrooms, with durable materials and modern fixtures that support a streamlined lifestyle.

Scope of Work:

• Executed a full-home flooring replacement and a professional paint refresh, transitioning every room into a bright, neutral backdrop.
• Removed a hallway closet to open the kitchen footprint, followed by a full kitchen upgrade including modern light fixtures to emphasize the newly created space.
• Fully renovated both bathrooms, shifting from bright, multi-coloured schemes to a sophisticated, clean white modern design featuring updated hardware and surfaces.
